The two women who died in a house fire in Beatty Township on July 17 have been identified as Raeann Marie Pry, 69, and Susan Patricia Hein, 67, both of Cook.

The State Fire Marshal’s Office, St. Louis County Sheriff’s Office, and Cook Fire Department responded to and investigated the fire. The cause and origin of the fire is undetermined at this time. There is no indication of any suspicious circumstances surrounding the fire or the deaths. The house is on the 2700 Block of Wakemup Village Road in Beatty Township outside of Cook.
