NWFA Pottery Class with Lyn Reed
Offering creative expression with added benefits of mindfulness and stress relief
There are still spots available for Lyn Reed’s pottery class using the clay slab method. Class will meet on two consecutive Saturdays: Oct 18 and Oct 25 from 10 am – 2 pm.
Clay slab pottery offers numerous benefits, and is a powerful outlet for self-expression, and provides a sense of accomplishment. The physical act of working with clay improves dexterity and fine motor skills, while the process is calming and can reduce stress and anxiety.
Lyn Reed is a ceramic artist creating sculptures and vessels in her studio in Orr, Minnesota. She is a local resident of Orr and is originally from Australia. She has been an art educator and artist in both the United States and Australia for over 35 years.
