The City of Cook Economic Recovery Fund offers low-interest loans to support local businesses that were adversely impacted by the summer 2024 flood. Deadline for getting those funds out to Cook businesses is Dec. 31, 2025.

Eligible Applicants: Existing businesses in operation within the city limits of Cook on June 19, 2024. Businesses must be currently operating or intend to reopen if currently closed in order to be eligible.

Funds are intended to provide working capital, facility repairs and inventory purchases.
