At approximately 9:20 pm on July 17, deputies with the St. Louis County Sheriff’s Office along with fire personnel from Cook, Orr, Kinney-Great Scott, and Greenwood were dispatched to a residential house fire in Beatty Township. Upon arrival the house was fully engulfed. Through investigation two deceased parties were located in the residence. This incident is still under investigation and names are being withheld pending notification of family. The Sheriff’s Office along with the State Fire Marshall’s Office are still actively investigating.
